Terms of Service
These terms govern the myshelfhub.com website and the mailing list it collects. This site is an index of our apps: there are no accounts here, nothing to download and nothing for sale. Each app has its own terms, which you accept when you use that app.
1. Who we are
Shelf Hub and the “my X shelf” apps are products of Nisshagen Advisory AB (Org.nr 559526-6742), a company registered in Stockholm, Sweden. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to Nisshagen Advisory AB. Questions: hello@myshelfhub.com.
2. What this site is
This site describes a family of applications. Some of them have been released; most have not. Nothing here is an offer, a commitment to build or release anything, a guarantee of any feature, date or price, or a contract of any kind. Descriptions of an unreleased app are statements of present intention and may change substantially or be abandoned.
Where an app is described as “in development” or “in testing”, it is not available to install and may never be.
There are no accounts on this site, no purchases, no downloads, and no user-submitted content beyond the email address you choose to give us.
3. The apps have their own terms
Using one of our apps is governed by that app’s own terms and privacy policy, not by these. Where an app concerns alcohol or tobacco it carries its own age requirement, and you must meet it. Nothing on this site sells or supplies alcohol, tobacco or any other regulated product.
4. The mailing list
If you submit your email address and tick the consent box, we add it to a list so that we can contact you when a shelf app is ready to install. We do not send newsletters, we do not share or sell the list, and we do not pass your address to any third party for marketing.
You may have your entry removed at any time by emailing us. The Privacy Policy sets out what we store, why, and for how long.
Submit only an address that is yours or that you are authorised to use.
5. What you may not do
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false, misleading or automated sign-ups, or otherwise abuse the form
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting or its database
- Use automated tools to scrape, overload or probe the site
- Copy or reproduce the site’s design, code, text or branding without written permission
6. Intellectual property
Shelf Hub, the “my X shelf” names and marks, and this site’s design, code and copy, are owned by Nisshagen Advisory AB. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from them without written permission. Any third-party name or trade mark mentioned belongs to its owner and is used for identification only.
7. Links to other sites
This site links to the individual app sites and, where an app has been released, to the Apple App Store and Google Play. Those stores are operated by Apple and Google under their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any information on it is accurate or current.
Nothing on this site is health, legal or financial advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Swedish law, Nisshagen Advisory AB is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from any reliance on statements about an unreleased product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will publish the updated version here and update the version number and effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after that constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law, and disputes will be resolved in Swedish courts. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country.
